How to take picks away from teams in a live online draft in fantasy baseball?

I am the Commissioner in a Yahoo fantasy baseball league. I would like to know how to take draft picks away from certain teams in the league. I.E. the first or second round picks for not paying by a certain day. This is a live online draft and I browsed all the tools on comish but I could be missing something.

you cant take away someones draft pick on yahoo fantasy. so unless you know these people and can set something up with them like let them keep there first and second round picks but tell them they cant draft a first or second round guy with those picks that's just like taking those picks away from them but that's just an idea. but if its just a league with random people then no there is no way to actually take away there draft pick. good luck!
